Welcome! I am Suz Carlino, an Educational Coach and Consultant dedicated to sharing my joy and passion for leading, teaching, and learning with Division Leaders and Teachers working in Independent schools. With a foundation of empathy, compassion, commitment, and a genuine love for teaching and learning, I strive to establish a personal connection with each of my clients, making them feel valued and understood.

Over the span of more than three decades, I have taken on various roles, including 1:1 coaching for Early Career Teachers, serving as a Lower School Division Director for two prestigious Independent schools in South Florida, teaching at the Elementary, Graduate, and Undergraduate levels, and as a gifted specialist collaborating with an Independent school in Mexico City to create a Bi-cultural, Bi-Lingual Curriculum for Gifted Students on Sustainable Intelligence. This extensive experience has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of Independent schools.
